Before booking

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Cruise ships and hotels that mentioned in the itinerary could be changes according to availability, but will be same standard
• We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. If you have dietary requirements, please indicate them when booking.
• We will pick you up from your location in Hurghada or Hurghada international airport , The driver or the tour guide will be waiting for you , holding a sign with (Lead traveler name)
• The tour duration is 9 Days , The tour starting ( After midday ) and finishing ( 9.00 PM ) in clients pickup location in Hurghada or Hurghada international airport
• A copy of clients passports the page which has clients photo to confirm clients bookings in Egypt. A copy of flight tickets to Egypt and back home in case of clients pickup and end of service location is the airport , please indicate them before the tour starting
• Clients will be informed with the name of hotels and cruise ship at least a week before the arrival date
• Type of beds in hotels and cruise ships , (Single) 2 beds or large bed, (Double) 2 beds or large bed, (Triple) 2 beds plus extra bed or large bed plus extra bed, please indicate type of beds you want when booking, if you are a family of 3 or any odd number of people all are adults please contact the supplier for extra supplement in the cruise to have extra single room because rooms in all cruises are good enough for 2 adults plus a child or a youth maximum .
• Entrance fees for excursions which are included in the itinerary, get it by client's bank card. It is determined by the Antiquities Authority changes periodically. this is a governmental fees

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
