This is our introductory course for beginners or gym climbers looking to transition to outdoor climbing. During this course we cover the basics of rock climbing... belaying, climbing movement & technique, knots & hitches and much more! Join us for an introduction to Rock Climbing in a positive and supportive space where the focus is on learning, building confidence and creating space for yourself.
