Wrangler provides education about the plants in the desert such as the barrel cactus, saguaro cactus, yucca,creaso bush, prickly pear cactus, and the types of birds living there such as the road runner, red-tailed hawk, zoned tail hawk, Bald Eagle, Turkey Vulture, Woodpecker, Cactus Wren, Elf Owl, black phoebe, yellow-headed blackbird, Le Conte's Thrasher, Curved Bill Thrasher, White Winged Dove, Butos, Phainopepla, Verdin and the brown crested Flycatcher among many other wonderful birds. The wrangler also educated his riders about all the wild animals and plants of the desert.
