Your instructor SOW has 10 years of cooking and chafing experience in some of Thailand's large and five-star hotels and restaurants. We use our very own homemade curry paste along with lots of other fresh produce to bring out the best flavor in a variety of dishes. You will experience every step on how to become a successful Thai chef, from the beginning of the course until the end! • Learn by a practical, hands-on approach and are able to choose your own 5 dishes to cook to impress your friends and family. • Learn basic fruit carving methods and techniques, proper use of fruit carving tools, selection of fruit for quality, care of fruit after carving. • Enjoy the food that you have created just the thing when you want a break from the beach.
