Then, we will stop at the local tea plantations that still produce tea to this day - the only factories in Europe still operating. On our way to Furnas we will stop at Pico do Ferro, an incredible view over Furnas lagoon and then we will stop at "Caldeiras das Furnas", where you will be able to see the volcanic activity at its peak. You will also have the opportunity to bathe and relax in the local thermal hot springs before returning back to the hotel.
