• This is a shared tour, up to 12 clients
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
• Age minimum requirement for Alcoholic Beverages is 18yrs old and up
• Any client who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• No pets allowed, only service animals (Service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks.) Service animals count for the capacity of the boat so if you’re bringing any service animal you need to inform us once you make the reservation.
• Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed - We do not advise people with low mobility to take shared tours

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
