What to expect

Start anytime near the castle, play at your own pace, and race against a rising tide through medieval legends. No guide or fixed schedule: just you and a sword to find. Your route takes in the heart of medieval Guimarães: the nearly thousand-year-old castle, the Romanesque Igreja de São Miguel, the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança, the Praça de São Tiago on the Camino de Santiago, the ancient olive tree at Largo da Oliveira, and the medieval city walls.
