- On our tours, guests' safety always comes first. On this tour we move through the forest with live fire. If the guide assesses the situation or the weather in such a way that it challenges the guests' safety, we will not use torches. We still wander through the forest, and end up lighting a campfire.
- If there are not enough guests for the group tour to run, you will be offered the choice of a tour spot on a different date or a full refund.
- Tickets for the Metro are not included in the price. You can buy tickets from us at Kongensgate 14, directly from the public transport company Ruter, or you can buy the OsloPass from VisitOslo.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
