  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • This excursion does not allow luggage. Guests may only carry personal items or small bags and backpacks. The transportation vehicles are not able to safeguard luggage or extra belongings, since they keep moving and assisting other travelers throughout the route. The service is designed to maximize passenger space, not to provide luggage storage.
  • Effective April 21, 2026, visitors are not allowed to enter archaeological sites in Mexico with backpacks or luggage due to security requirements. We kindly recommend carrying only what is truly necessary for the visit, limited to items that can fit in pockets or small personal bags whenever possible. Only essential belongings are permitted, although specific exceptions may apply, including diaper bags. We cannot be responsible for the care, storage, or protection of any items that archaeological site security does not allow inside.
  • The excursion includes lunch with one Mexican à la carte dish. This option is served as offered and cannot be changed or tailored to specific dietary regimens.
  • Guests who plan to swim in the cenote must avoid applying creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, or similar body products before entering the water.
  • Pets and companion animals cannot join this experience. For safety reasons, animals are not permitted to board the transportation or take part in the activity.
