• Due to government immigration regulations, all passengers must present their passport, whether physical, digital, or photocopied, which proves their legal stay in Mexico. In the event that someone does not present the physical document, it is necessary to show the passport page with the entry stamp into the country, as well as the page with the person's data.
• For the safety of our customers, access to the river and cave may be limited depending on weather conditions. These restrictions are subject to the guidelines and measures established by the park authorities.
• For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus. Amigo Tours does not provide child safety seats, so customers must bring their own. As the child restraint system occupies a seat, a fee will be charged to reserve and guarantee a seat on the bus.
