Upgraded with premium ingredients, sashimi, and two chef’s special dishes, the Saga Tai-meshi Set – Yorokobi offers a more luxurious version of the first dish. Each dish is carefully prepared with authentic Japanese culinary techniques. And you will choose one of our three types of Tai-meshi(Sea Bream Rice) "Uwajima-style", "Tempura rice bowl", or "Donabe (traditional Japanese cray pot) rice" for the second dish” Meals are served on Arita and Karatsu porcelain or antique tableware as each dish be a piece of art. Perfect for couples or friends celebrating special occasions, this meal balances the warmth of Saga’s local flavors with an elegant, extraordinary dining experience. [Groups of 10 or more guests] We will serve sea bream sashimi. The second dish will not be selectable. Sea bream rice cooked in a large Donabe pot will be prepared for the group.
