What to expect
It won't be the usual tasting. We will get our hands dirty between the rows, learn how the vine survives the high tide and understand together why a wine that comes from salt has a taste that you will not forget. What will we do? An hour of real work in the vineyard (practical agronomy, no filters). Guided tasting among the vines: my wines and the stories of those who, like me, brave the lagoon every day.
