What to expect
This private tour will allow you to experience firsthand the ancient art of glassblowing, dating back thousands of years. The tour begins with a fascinating private boat transfer from San Marco square (water taxi station) to the island of Murano, a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Upon your arrival in Murano, an expert local guide will welcome you and explain the history of Venetian glassmaking and every step of the glassmaking process. The experience includes a live demonstration of glassmaking with an authentic Venetian artisan. At the end of the glassmaking tour, you'll be taken back to Venice's historic center aboard our motorboat, admiring the beauty of the city from the unmistakable perspective of the water.
