What to expect
Sip on local wine throughout the meal as you get to know your host and learn about his upbringing in Venice. Lorenzo welcomes you into his home, in the popular Cannaregio district, for a 3-course Italian dinner. He cooks with fresh and seasonal ingredients (mostly seafood) bought from the Rialto market and provides several options for each course. His menu is based on the dishes passed through generations of his family. Taking a seat at Lorenzo's table will offer you a glimpse of his daily life.
