Cruise ship passengers MUST provide the following information: ship name, docking time, and return time on board. NOTE: Experienced captains continually monitor sea conditions and are the only ones capable of judging them to be acceptable or not. If necessary, the routes or itineraries can be changed by the captain at any time. IMPORTANT NOTE: The boat tour will only be refundable if the weather on the scheduled day is deemed "unsafe" by the boat captain; in which case the supplier will reschedule the tour or guarantee a full refund. If the captain states that the weather and sea conditions are suitable, the boat tour is considered safe and non-refundable. Participation allowed for most travelers DISCLAIMER: The meeting point may change based on several variables. Your local supplier will contact you to confirm the exact pickup location prior to the excursion. This experience will only take place in favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, you will have the choice between another date or a full refund.
