What to expect
The experience will take place in this way: You will meet with Lorenzo, our chef directly at the crime scene! The kitchen. Here you will begin to prepare your handmade pasta, ravioli or scialatielli, with the help of Lorenzo who, through his expert hands, will explain to you the movements for making a good pasta, starting with its ingredients: water and flour. While you prepare the pasta, a nice sauce will begin to cook. Lorenzo will prepare a welcome aperitif for you and you can choose the type of menu with him... omnivorous or vegetarian! Once the pasta is ready and the water in the pot is boiling, you will cook it and eat it together with Lorenzo, who will be happy to offer you a glass of wine and a dessert, to complete your hand-made lunch... or dinner!
