What to expect
A private tour from Riva del Garda over the old WWI military roads of the Ledro Alps — with Lake Garda below you for half the ride and a stop at Lake Ledro along the way. We warm up on the legendary Ponale road, carved into the cliffs above Lake Garda, climb past Lake Ledro (optional swim or coffee stop on the shore) and continue up to the ridge at Bocca dei Fortini, where Lake Garda glitters on one side and the green Ledro valley unfolds on the other. At Passo Nota (1,207 m) we rest at an alpine refuge, traverse the military road to Passo Guil, then descend into the valley at Pré di Ledro. The finale: the Ponale again — this time rolling gently down towards the lake, with the water rising to meet you all the way back to Riva. Private means private: just your group and a certified local guide who plans the route, watches the weather, sets a calm pace and adapts every section to your level — while capturing photos and videos of your ride.
