What to expect
A more unique than rare opportunity to practice yoga in a unique location: one of the most ancient Trabucco od Gargano. Suspended over the sea, immersed in the perfect atmosphere for yogic practice and "disturbed" only by the sound of the waves, each participant will be able to rediscover the ancestral balance between body, mind and heart. Each lesson is held with an experienced and qualified instructor. If necessary also in English and German.
