The bus stop is located just outside the port’s pedestrian exit at Largo della Pace. To reach the bus to Rome, you’ll first need to take the free port shuttle from your cruise ship dock to Largo della Pace, where our staff will be waiting to welcome you. I will pick you up with my Italian Minivan at the train station of Cassino and we will cross Cassino new Town. We Will reach Trocchio Hill, to have a wonderful general view on the battlefield, then we will the stop next to the famous Rapido River, we will pay out respect to the local memorials and we will reach the Commonwealth War Cemetery of Cassino. At the end of the tour we will visit the Abbey of Monte Cassino on a WW2 point of view.
