What to expect
Olive oil is the basis of the Mediterranean food chain, which has been proved to be a model of a healthy diet and longevity. Since ancient times, the Greeks have been involved with the cultivation of olives and the production of olive oil. The optimal time to perform this unique trip is the harvest season, this period is from mid-October until mid-January every year, where we have the opportunity to collect the fruits of a tree and to turn them into pure olive oil.
