Refunds cannot be provided for guests who are unable to complete the tour due to accessibility concerns.
  • To provide the best possible experience, the order of the tour (driving vs. walking) may be adjusted based on the day’s traffic, weather, or port conditions.
  • IMPORTANT: Children under 5 years old are not accepted for safety reasons, and refund requests will not be accepted.
