• Notre-Dame is an active place of worship with a strict dress code. All visitors must dress modestly to be allowed entry. Shoulders must be covered (no sleeveless tops). Shorts and skirts must be of knee-length or longer. Entry may be refused by cathedral staff if attire is deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to failure to follow the dress code.
• The entrance to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris is free and open to all. The services offered are independent of access to the interior of the building.
• If your tour coincides with a scheduled religious service, please note that guides are not permitted to provide commentary inside the cathedral during the mass. It is your responsibility to consult the official Notre-Dame website for the most up-to-date mass schedule, as services may impact the guiding experience.
• Please note: Group sizes are limited to 5 guests. Larger groups may be split without prior notice, and you may not be guaranteed to remain with your booking party. This policy ensures compliance with site regulations and provides the best possible experience for all guests.
