Its urban center has been considered a Historic Artistic Site since 1082, as well as its majestic Collegiate Church declared National Monument. A village located in an extraordinary natural enclave thanks to the passages od the river Vero that after its passage form large clods an leaves us amazing views. On the way to Alquezar we will visit a magnificent DO Somontano winery "Bodegas Laus" and taste its precious wines. To finish our visit, we will eat in one of its best restaurants "Casa Pardina Restaurante" and taste its precious local products.

Join me on an exciting escape to the Zaragoza countryside! First, I will take you to one of my favorite traditional olive orchards where you will meet the producer and learn about the history of olive oil production in Spain. We'll tour the grounds, visiting the centenary olive trees, and indulge in a tasting of oil made of the local Empeltre olive. Second stop will be even more surprising. The Winery is among the oldest protected growing areas in Europe, the DO having been created in 1932 alongside other Spanish wine regions.The region is the acknowledged source of the Cariñena / Carignan grape.
