What to expect
Port Said is a long way from the pyramids, about 3 hours by road, so a single shore day is mostly driving. This overnight tour fixes that with two full days in Cairo and a night in between. Day one heads to the Giza Plateau for the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple, with time at the Khan el-Khalili bazaar and an optional evening Sound and Light Show at the pyramids. Day two takes in the Egyptian Museum and the Citadel of Saladin, then a walk through Old Cairo before the drive back to your ship.
