• This product is exclusively for residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas countries.
• Each guest must present one of the following valid identification documents for verification upon entry.
• Your booking is confirmed. Ticket will be sent to you separately. Please present either mobile or printed voucher for redemption. After your booking is confirmed, generate your QR code e-ticket online using the voucher code and the last four digits of the booking mobile number. Please go to the Chimelong Paradise website to redeem your ticket and scan the QR code for park entry. Or you can presenting the same details at the park's manual ticket window to obtain physical tickets.
• If the relevant documentation and ticket cannot be presented together, guests will be required to purchase the appropriate ticket at the standard gate price to enter.
• Complimentary admission is available for children under 3 years old or with a height below 1.0 meter on the day of visit.
• Each paying adult (aged 18 years and above) may accompany one child eligible for complimentary admission.
• This product must be booked at least 3 day before the selected visit date, before 23:59.
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
