Before booking

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Hotel pick up and drop off service will be offered if your hotel inside the defined pick up area. Or pay a little more to get pick up from your hotel that outside pick up area.
• The toboggan may be temporarily closed due to rain, strong winds, snow, or other adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the slide may not be available and taking chair lift to go back down.
• The Mutianyu Great Wall toboggan slide is generally suitable for both children and adults, but there are certain safety restrictions: children aged 4 to 10 (or those who do not meet the minimum height requirement) must usually be accompanied by an adult; individuals aged 60 and above, children under 3 years old, pregnant women, and people with disabilities are prohibited from using the slide.
• Please note: Mutianyu Great Wall may be temporarily closed due to severe weather or other hazardous conditions. If this occurs on the day of your tour, we will contact you to discuss whether the tour can be rescheduled to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
