What to expect
Your group gets a private, guide-led day built around the experiences in this itinerary. The tour begins from Hopkins. At Xunantunich, walk through the ceremonial plazas, learn how the ancient city developed, and take in the wide Cayo District views around El Castillo. For cave tubing, follow your guide on the forest approach, receive a safety briefing, and float through the underground river while looking at the limestone formations overhead. On the zipline course, trained guides handle the safety setup as you move between platforms and see the forest canopy from above. Allow about 9 hours for the full experience. This is a private experience for your booked group. lunch is included. Travelers should have a moderate level of physical fitness. The experience is not wheelchair accessible. It is not recommended for pregnant travelers, travelers with back problems, and travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
