Before booking
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- If no whales are sighted during your tour, you will receive a free return tour to try again. This return tour is offered at no additional cost and can be booked for another day within one year (subject to availability & non-transferable).
- If you need to add an infant on to your booking please contact the supplier directly.
Cancellation
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
