What to expect
This long journey passes through two provinces – Ararat and Vayots Dzor, heading to the Syunik "kingdom", where the majestic and unique Tatev monastery complex is located. Once the complex served as a spiritual center and had an outstanding scientific and political significance. The monastery is located near the gorge and is surrounded by picturesque nature. It is here that you will have the opportunity to take the longest reversible cableway in the world – "Tatever".
