What to expect
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your accommodation in Berat in a 4x4 vehicle, the only way to conquer the scenic terrain of the park. As you ascend, the road unfolds with spectacular panoramic viewpoints where you will stop to capture the vast landscapes of Tomorri mountain and its mesmerizing peaks. Your first major destination is two spectacular artificial lakes at the foot of the mountain. These turquoise mirrors offer a breathtaking reflection of Mount Tomorr’s summit, providing a serene spot to soak in the silence of the high altitudes. From the lakes, a guided hike begins toward the remote Becka Waterfall. This trek (approx. 1.5h out, 2h back) leads you through untouched flora and abandoned villages. The reward is nature’s masterpiece: the Becka Waterfall, unique for its three-tier structure and cascades. Dive into the crystal-clear natural pool for a refreshing swim or relax by the water.
